How to become a vendor

We are a seasonal farmers market located in Miami, Oklahoma. Come sell your fruits & vegetables, honey, pecans, baked goods, farm-raised meats & cheeses at our market! Come sell your handmade jewelry, woodworking, crafts, natural soaps, lotions & bath products at our market!

Requirements

  • Vendors must live within a 75-mile radius of Miami, OK.  
  • We are a producer-only market. Resale is only allowed if approved by the farmers market board, please contact us for more information.  
  • Vendors must be willing to accept market tokens (which are used to pay for purchases made using credit, debit, SNAP, Double Up bucks, and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Benefits cards.
  • Sell-able items at the market include fresh produce, grains, honey, jams, nuts, meats, eggs, cheese, baked goods, dried foods, lotions, soaps, canned foods, plants, handmade crafts.
  • Vendors must follow local, county, state, and USDA regulations.  Vendors who sell value-added products must possess a sales tax permit and any other licenses and/or certifications required by the state of Oklahoma.
  • Vendors booth fees vary each season. 
  • Vendors are required to attend our vendors meeting in April prior to the start of the season.
