How to become a vendor

We are a seasonal farmers market located in Miami, Oklahoma. Come sell your fruits & vegetables, honey, pecans, baked goods, farm-raised meats & cheeses at our market! Come sell your handmade jewelry, woodworking, crafts, natural soaps, lotions & bath products at our market!

Requirements

  • Vendors must live within a 75-mile radius of Miami, OK.  
  • We are a producer-only market. Resale is only allowed if approved by the farmers market board, please contact us for more information.  
  • Vendors must be willing to accept market tokens (which are used to pay for purchases made using credit, debit, SNAP, Double Up bucks, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Benefits cards), and OKFresh.
  • Sell-able items at the market include: fresh produce, grains, honey, jams, nuts, meats, eggs, cheese, baked goods, dried foods, lotions, soaps, canned foods, plants, handmade crafts.
  • Vendors must follow local, county, state, and USDA regulations.  Vendors who sell value-added products must possess a sales tax permit and any other licenses and/or certifications required by the state of Oklahoma.
  • Vendors pay a booth fee of $12 per market or $175 each season.
