How to become a vendor

Requirements

Come sell your fruits & vegetables in Miami.  Come and sell your honey pecans baked goods in Miami, OK!   Come sell your handmade jewelry, woodworking, crafts in Miami, OK!  Come sell your farm-raised meats & cheese in Miami, OK!  Come sell your natural soaps, lotions & bath products in Miami, OK!


Vendors must live within a 75-mile radius of Miami, OK.  We are a producer-only market. Resale is only allowed if approved by the farmers market board, please contact us for more information.  Vendors must be willing to accept market tokens (which are used to pay for purchases made using credit, debit, SNAP, Double Up bucks & Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Benefits cards).


Sellable items at the market include: fresh produce, grains, honey, jams, nuts, meats, eggs, cheese, baked goods, dried foods, lotions, soaps, canned foods, plants, handmade crafts.


Vendors must follow local, county, state, and USDA regulations.  Vendors who sell value-added products must possess a sales tax permit and any other licenses and/or certifications required by the state of Oklahoma.


Vendors pay a booth fee of $10 per market or $150 each season (savings of 24%).
